I am using the standard version of myro under Python 2.6.2 in Ubuntu Linux.
The only issues are with IDLE, not myro. (Specifically, when I press F5
to "restart" or re-run a module, it restarts everything, meaning that I
have to reload myro (from myro import *) and re-connect to my robot
(init("/dev/rfcomm1") before I can run the code.
(On windows and myro 2.4, the StartPython.pyw script modifies IDLE so
that an F5 will reload the module, but keep myro and it's connection to
the robot intact.)
So, I see no reason myro won't work with python 2.6.2 on windows.
You will of course have to find the 2.6 version of the support libraries
(pyserial, python imaging library, numpy, etc...) on your own.
