Doug,
1. We are using Windows XP, with Service Pack 2 in the lab. I am using
Service Pack 3 in my office, and I had the same problem when I was
testing all of the fluke boards.
2. To the best of my knowledge, we are using the drivers that are on the
AZIO adapters. If you can tell me a way to check that, I'd be happy to
look.

A couple questions for you:
1) What OS and version are you using?
2) Are you using a Bluetooth driver other than one that comes
preinstalled with you operating system? For example, are you using a
driver that came with the adaptor?
